Carlsbad Yoga Barre is a boutique fitness studio in Carlsbad, NM offering a variety of hot yoga, barre, strength training, cardio, bungee, aerial, & pole dance classes.
In addition to fitness classes, Carlsbad Yoga Barre also hosts a variety of health and wellness events and workshops.
Carlsbad Yoga Barre is the only hot yoga studio in the Carlsbad area! We have two locations, South (5009 S. Thomason Rd), North (607 N. Main St). Our south locations offers childcare at all of our classes Monday - Friday as well as a separate kids gym on site.
We offer spray tanning, tanning beds, teeth whitening, microblading and body contouring services.
Our hope is to provide a warm and welcoming space where students can explore their own wellness goals while developing their personal journey of mental and physical transformation.

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.
Barre is a hybrid workout class- combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements.
Buti Yoga is a dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement. This cardio intensive yoga workout is designed to transform body and soul through the trademark method of Spiritual Structure Technique (SST), which forms the basis for Buti Yoga's dynamic flow sequence.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of modern yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Poses can be held for 3-5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Yin is great for muscle recovery and increasing flexibility.
Aerial yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat.
Bungee Fitness involves cardio, strength training, and full body-workout while attached to a harness and bungee cord. The benefits of being attached to a bungee cord is that it is a low-impact workout and is easy on the joints when incorporating lunges, squats, and jumping into the routine.
All of our yoga and barre classes are hot yoga classes which means they are performed in a hot and humid room. The heat helps to increase flexibility, burn calories, and detox the body.
